Delivery
Processing time
We aim to process your order within four working days which is the time needed to prepare an order for despatch. At certain times this may take slightly longer but we will communicate this to you.
Delivery options
All items over £20 will be sent using Royal Mail 2nd class Signed For service.
All other items will be sent Royal Mail 2nd class.
We can organise Royal Mail First Class service if required which will be chargeable.
Customs and import taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I’m not responsible for delays due to customs.
Payment Options
Secure options
Payments are processed through Stripe and accept all known bank cards apart from American Express. Stripe keep your payment information secure.
Returns & Exchanges
We gladly accept returns
Contact me as soon as possible but no later than 7 days after receipt of your order.
Any returns should be received within 14 days of delivery.
I am able to accept cancellations
But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
The following items can’t be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can’t accept returns for:
- Custom or personalised orders
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. Refunds will not be processed until TTTC have receipt of the items.
